PERE AL VINO

pere_vino Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 pere kaiser
1 bicchiere vino rosso
150 g zucchero
Cannella
Noce moscata
Chiodi di Garofano
panna montata a piacere

Sbucciare le pere, tagliarle a metà ed eliminare il torsolo. Spolverizzarle di Noce moscata e Cannella. Sciogliere lo zucchero nel vino e versarlo sulle pere con 2--3 Chiodi di Garofano. Cuocere le pere 20', farle raffreddare e metterle in coppette. Decorare a piacere con panna.
