PESCHE AGLI AMARETTI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 mezze pesche sciroppate
100 g Amaretti
1 uovo
60 g zucchero
80 g burro
1 bicchierino liquore
zucchero a velo q. b.

Scolate bene le pesche. Prendete due mezze pesche, tagliatele a pezzettini e unitevi gli Amaretti sbriciolati, il tuorlo d'uovo, lo zucchero e il burro: mescolate molto bene e riempite con questo composto le mezze pesche. Disponete le pesche in una teglia leggermente imburrata e passatele al forno per qualche minuto. Prima di servire, spolverate con zucchero a velo.
