GELATO CON I MIRTILLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g gelato di limone
350 g mirtilli
4 cucchiai zucchero
2 bicchierini Gin
1 limone
vino bianco

Lavare i mirtilli in poco vino, sgocciolarli, unirvi lo zucchero e la scorza grattugiata del limone e far insaporire per circa 2 ore in frigorifero.

Mettere in una grande coppa uno strato di gelato, ricoprire con i mirtilli, continuare fino ad esaurimento degli ingredienti, versare il Gin e servire.
