SEMIFREDDO ROSA

semifreddo_rosa Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g fragole
2 limoni
200 g panna
1/4 l acqua
180 g zucchero

Bollire l'acqua con lo zucchero per ottenerne uno sciroppo, quindi farlo raffreddare. Frullare le fragole e unirle insieme con il succo di limone allo sciroppo. Porre il composto in freezer. Quando inizierà a solidificare, unire la panna montata ben soda. Amalgamare bene e versare in quattro coppette, quindi rimettere in freezer. Mescolare ogni tanto e togliere ben gelato.
