DOLCE DI NOCCIOLE

dolce_nocciole Ingredienti:

150

g biscotti secchi
150 g burro
150 g zucchero
2 tuorli
300 g nocciole
90 g cacao

Tostare le nocciole nel forno a 120' C per alcuni minuti, farle raffreddare e tritarle. Sbriciolare i biscotti. Fare una crema sbattendo i tuorli con burro e zucchero, unire il cacao e mescolarvi le nocciole e i biscotti. Versare il composto in uno stampo e metterlo in frigorifero per qualche ora. Servire il dolce tagliato a rombi.
