SCONES

Dosi per 4.

Setacciare 250 g di farina con due cucchiai di zucchero, un pizzico di sale e 12 g di lievito in polvere. Unire 160 g di burro ammorbidito e due uova sbattute con 4 cucchiai di latte.

Impastare e stendere la pasta a 1 cm di altezza. Ricavarne dischi di 10 cm di diametro, spennellarli con poco latte e cospargerli con zucchero.

Cuocerli su una lastra da forno, ben unta, per 25 minuti a 120 gradi.

Servire gli Scones con burro, Miele e marmellata.
