CIAMBELLA A SORPRESA

ciambella_sorpresa Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g ricotta romana
150 g zucchero
3 uova
3 cucchiai latte
50 g farina
50 g fecola
1 bustina vaniglina
25 g burro
liquore all'arancia o al mandarino
40 g mandorle pelate
pangrattato
sale

Mescolare ricotta e latte. Lavorare a spuma 3 tuorli con lo zucchero e 20 gr di burro. Unire, mescolando, la crema di ricotta, farina, fecola, lievito, poco sale, 2 cucchiai di liquore, vaniglina e gli albumi a neve ferma. Versare il composto in uno stampo con foro centrale imburrato e cosparso di pangrattato. Cospargere con mandorle tritate e cuocere in forno caldo a 200' per 45'.
