CROSTATA DI CREMA AL LIMONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g pasta frolla surgelata
80 g zucchero
30 g fecola di patate
50 g burro
2 uova
2 limoni

Far bollire lo zucchero con 3 dl di acqua aromatizzata con la scorza di limone, unire la fecola stemperata con il succo di limone, far bollire, levare dal fuoco, aggiungere i tuorli, il burro e rimettere sul fuoco per 5 minuti. Foderare una teglia imburrata con la pasta frolla, infornare per circa 30 minuti, far raffreddare, riempire di crema al limone e servire.
