CROSTATA DI KIWI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


1 confezione pasta frolla Findus
100 g panna fresca
zucchero vanigliato
burro
60 g marmellata a piacere
4 kiwi

Foderare una teglia imburrata con un disco di pasta scongelata, bucherellarlo con una forchetta, coprire con un foglio di alluminio, distribuirvi sopra dei fagioli secchi, cuocere in forno per circa 20 minuti e far raffreddare.

Stendere sulla pasta uno strato di marmellata e uno di panna montata con lo zucchero, adagiarvi i kiwi tagliati a spicchi e servire.
