CROSTATA DI MANDARINI

Ingredienti:

500

g pasta frolla
4 uova
200 g zucchero
farina
latte
mandarini

Stendere la pasta scongelata, disporla in una tortiera imburrata, bucherellarla con una forchetta, coprirla con un foglio di carta oleata, riempire di fagioli secchi, cuocerla in forno caldo e lasciarla raffreddare.

Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero, la farina e il latte e far addensare. Versare la crema sulla crostata, ricoprire con gli spicchi di mandarino e servire.
