CROSTATA DI MANDORLE RAPIDA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

1 confezione pasta frolla Findus
250 g mandorle dolci
100 g zucchero
2 uova
marmellata di arance
scorza di limone
zucchero a velo vanigliato
burro
farina

Scottare le mandorle in acqua bollente, pelarle, tritarle, mischiarle allo zucchero e alle chiare non sbattute e unire la scorza di limone grattugiata. Stendere la pasta scongelata in una teglia imburrata e infarinata, spennellare con la marmellata, versare il composto di mandorle, infornare per 25 minuti, far raffreddare, sformare, spolverizzare di zucchero a velo e servire.
