CROSTATA ALL'UVETTA

Ingredienti:

confezione pasta frolla surgelata Findus
60 g uvetta sultanina
1 bicchiere panna acidulata con succo di limone
1 pizzico Cannella
2 uova
150 g zucchero
burro
1 pizzico sale

Sbattere le uova con la panna acida, la uvetta rinvenuta in acqua tiepida, la Cannella, lo zucchero e il sale. Stendere la sfoglia in uno spessore di pochissimi millimetri e con essa foderare una pirofila imburrata. Versare sulla pasta il composto all'uvetta e cuocere la crostata in forno a 200oC per 40'. Servire il dolce tiepido o freddo.
