DOLCE DI PANE DELIZIA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g pane raffermo
1 dl latte
200 g zucchero
100 g burro fuso
3 uova
3 mandorle amare
40 g mandorle dolci pelate
150 g Amaretti
1 bicchierino liquore all'Amaretto
la scorza di 1/2 limone grattugiata
burro per la tortiera

Macerare il pane nel latte per 4 ore. Passarlo al setaccio, unire lo zucchero, il burro fuso e il liquore, mescolare energicamente, unire le uova e le mandorle tritate. Incorporare gli Amaretti pestati e la scorza di limone. Sistemare l'impasto in una tortiera e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 300'C per 30'.
