GALLETTA CHARENTAISE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 8:

500 g farina
4 uova
250 g zucchero
130 g burro
1/2 tazzina caffè
latte se occorre

Sbattete a lungo le uova aggiungendo circa 200 g di zucchero a poco a poco. Unite la farina, 100 g di burro fuso e, se l'impasto dovesse risultare troppo duro, un po' di latte. Imburrate una tortiera piuttosto grande e stendete la pasta in uno strato sottile. Spennellate la superficie con il tuorlo diluito nel caffè, spolverizzate di zucchero e ponete in forno per 15' a calore forte.
