SALAME DOLCE 

Ingredienti:

hg biscottini
1 uovo
1 bicchierino Alchermes
1 bicchierino cura,cao
cacao

Si sciolgono i biscottini nell'uovo intero, senza sbatterlo. Si arrotola in forma di salame. Si bagna una pezzuola, si spolverizza la medesima di farina bianca ed in questa si avviluppa il salame preparato. Si fa bollire nell'acqua per 8 minuti. Levato si spolverizza di cacao.
