TORTA LUIGINA 

Ingredienti:

hg farina bianca
2 hg mandorle
1/2 hg burro o 1 e 1/2
1/2 hg zucchero o 1 e 1/2
scorza di un limone

Si impasta il tutto in un grilletto, poi si formano delle pallottoline che si mettono a breve distanza in una tortiera unta d'olio; si lascia cuocere al forno finché non ha preso un bel colore dorato (gonfiandosi, le palline si uniscono).
