TORTA DI MELE E MANDORLE

Dosi per 4.

Mischiare insieme 150 g di mandorle grattugiate, 2 uova, 1 cucchiaino di Cannella, 100 g di zucchero, il succo di un limone, 1 cucchiaino di lievito in polvere e 2 mele sbucciate e grattugiate. Versare questo composto in una teglia imburrata e foderata con pasta frolla. Disporvi sopra 8 mezze mele sbucciate ed incise leggermente. Versarvi sopra 2 cucchiai di gelatina di ribes e mettere in forno già caldo a 220{deg} per 35 minuti.
