TORTA DI MELE E PANE

torta_mele_pane Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

10 fette pancarrè
1 kg mele
150 g burro
200 g zucchero
1 tazzina marmellata di arance

Foderare una teglia imburrata e spolverizzata di zucchero, con 5 fette di pancarrè bene imburrate da entrambe le parti. Sbucciare le mele e tagliarle a fettine molto sottili. Riempire la teglia di mele, aggiungere qualche cucchiaino di marmellata e cospargere di zucchero. Mettere in forno per circa 40' Sformare la torta e servirla calda.
