CREMA PASTICCERA VANIGLIATA

crema_pasticcera_vanigliata Ingredienti:

g zucchero fine
6 tuorli
50 g farina setacciata
1/2 l latte
pochissima vaniglia
1 pizzico sale

Portare il latte a ebollizione e ritirarlo dal fuoco. Mettervi in infusione la vaniglia per 15'. Battere con una frusta i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire la farina e il sale. Passare sul fuoco dolce e, battendo senza interruzione, versare, poco alla volta, il latte. Far addensare, togliere dal fuoco e far raffreddare.
