PASTA MORBIDA PER CROSTATE

Ingredienti:

due tuorli

200 g. farina
150 g. zucchero
100 g. burro
una bustina lievito
la buccia gratugiata di Mezzo limone
un goccio latte

Impastare ed usare il tutto come ``fondo" per crostate.

La ricetta originale prevedeva 180 grammi di zucchero, ma è troppo dolce; quasi quasi lo abbasserei ancora.
