TORRONE DI CIOCCOLATO

Ingredienti:

200

g biscotti secchi
250 g burro
250 g zucchero
4 tuorli
150 g cacao
100 g mandorle tostate
50 g cedro candito
50 g pinoli
50 g uvetta

Sbattere i tuorli con zucchero e burro. Unire il cacao, i biscotti sbriciolati, le mandorle e il cedro a pezzetti, i pinoli e l'uvetta lavata e asciugata. Mettere il tutto in uno stampo rettangolare, foderato di carta oleata. Far rassodare qualche ora in frigorifero prima di sformare. Servire tagliato a fette.
