COSTOLETTE CON PISELLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


4 costolette disossate
750 g piselli novelli surgelati
100 g burro
1 uovo
1 tazzina salsa di pomodoro
pangrattato
sale

Appiattire le costolette con il batticarne, passarle nell'uovo sbattuto e nel pangrattato e friggerle da entrambi i lati nel burro spumeggiante.

Aggiungere la salsa di pomodoro, i piselli scongelati e far cuocere per circa 45 minuti versando, se necessario, un po' d'acqua.
