SAPORI ELEGANTI

Mettere in un piatto pezzetti di brie e fette di Bresaola.

Accompagnarli con insalata verde spezzettata con le mani, filetti di peperone rosso e dadini di cetriolo.

Aggiungere cipolline in agrodolce, carciofini sott'olio, fettine di sedano bianco e mandorle tostate e tagliate a lamelle. Condire con olio, sale e abbondante Pepe.
