SFOGLIATA AGLI ASPARAGI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g pasta sfoglia surgelata
450 g punte di asparagi surgelate
2 uova
6 cucchiai panna da cucina
50 g groviera grattugiato
sale
Noce moscata
100 g prosciutto cotto

Lessare gli asparagi e tagliarli a pezzi. Battere le uova, unire la panna, il groviera, sale, Noce moscata e gli asparagi. Rivestire una teglia con la pasta sfoglia, coprire il fondo con le fette di prosciutto e versarvi il composto. Cuocere in forno caldo a 200oC e servire la torta tiepida.
