BAVETTE ALLE ACCIUGHE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


500 g bavette
6 Acciughe sotto sale
1 bicchiere olio di oliva
3 spicchi aglio
prezzemolo
sale

Far dorare l'aglio nell'olio.

Aggiungere le Acciughe diliscate e spezzettate e mescolarle con la forchetta finch'e non saranno disfatte.

Cuocere le bavette in abbondante acqua salata, scolarle al dente, condirle con la salsa preparata e con un trito di prezzemolo.
