BUCATINI ALLE ACCIUGHE

bucatini_Acciughe

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
500 g bucatini
6 Acciughe sotto sale
1 bicchiere olio di oliva
1 noce burro
2 spicchi aglio
sale

Mettere olio e burro in un tegamino, unire l'aglio e, appena iniziano a prendere colore, levarlo, aggiungere le Acciughe diliscate e spezzettate e mescolare finché non saranno completamente sfatte.

Cuocere i bucatini in abbondante acqua salata, scolarli al dente, condirli con la salsa preparata e servire.
