BUCATINI ALLE ERBE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g bucatini
1 spicchio aglio
Basilico
prezzemolo
Menta
Pecorino grattugiato
Peperoncino

Rosolare nell'olio l'aglio e il Peperoncino; unire il Basilico, il prezzemolo e la Menta tritati e far insaporire. Cuocere i bucatini in abbondante acqua salata, scolarli al dente, condirli con l'olio alle erbe, spolverizzarli con il Pecorino e servire.
