CONCHIGLIE AL FORMAGGIO

conchiglie_formaggio Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g conchigliette
160 g Gorgonzola cremoso
30 g burro
150 gr panna
estratto di carne
4 cucchiai grana grattugiato
sale

Mettere su fuoco moderato la panna, il burro, il Gorgonzola a pezzetti, il grana, l'estratto di carne e un pizzico di sale e mescolare finché la salsa sarà cremosa e accennerà a bollire. Quando la pasta sarà cotta al dente, scolarla, ma non completamente, e condirla con la salsa.
