DITALONI CON ZUCCHINE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g ditaloni
200 g zucchine
100 g filetti di pomodoro
50 g olio di oliva
1/2 spicchio aglio
prezzemolo
Peperoncino
sale

Far rosolare l'aglio nell'olio, unire le zucchine tagliate a fettine, i filetti di pomodoro, il Peperoncino tritato e far cuocere.

Cuocere la pasta al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirla con il sugo preparato, cospargerla di prezzemolo tritato e servire.
