FARFALLE AGLI SPINACI

tempo: 45 minuti; dosi per 4 persone

400 g farfalle
400 g spinaci surgelati
2 uova
100 g formaggio grana grattugiato
5 cucchiai olio extravergine d?oliva
burro per la pirofila

Fate scongelare gli spinaci a temperatura ambiente, tritateli e conditeli con l?olio. Fate bollire in abbondante acqua salata le farfalle, scolatele al dente e conditele con gli spinaci e le uova sbattute con un pizzico di sale. Mettete il tutto in una pirofila imburrata, spolverizzate con il grana grattugiato e infornate a 180O per circa 10 minuti. Servite caldo.
