FETTUCCINE DORATE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g fettuccine all'uovo
20 g margarina
2 cucchiai pangrattato
Basilico
Pecorino grattugiato
sale

Cuocere le fettuccine al dente in abbondante acqua salata.

In una padella far dorare il pangrattato e il Basilico tritato nella margarina, aggiungere le fettuccine e farle dorare a fuoco vivo, cospargere con il Pecorino e servire.
