FETTUCCINE AL FORNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g fettuccine all'uovo
200 g Mozzarella
100 g burro
1/2 bicchiere latte
100 g parmigiano grattuggiato
sale
1 tazza salsa di pomodoro

Scolate le fettuccine e conditele subito con 60 g. di burro e 50 g. di parmigiano. Imburrate una pirofila e disponetevi le fettuccine. Cospargete di Mozzarella tagliata a dadini e bagnate con il latte. Versate sul tutto il pomodoro, il restante parmigiano e qualche fiocchetto di burro. Ponete in forno caldo finché la Mozzarella sarà sciolta.
