LASAGNE AI CARCIOFI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g lasagne all'uovo
1 confezione carciofi interi Findus
250 g Mozzarella
250 g Gorgonzola
350 g panna liquida
1/2 l Besciamella
sale

Lessate le lasagne in acqua bollente salata. Sciogliete delicatamente il Gorgonzola con la panna, dopodiché condite la pasta a strati con i carciofi trifolati, la Mozzarella a fettine, il Gorgonzola, la Besciamella. L'ultimo strato va inumidito con un pochino di panna. Ponete in forno caldo per circa 20 minuti.
