LINGUINE MIMOSA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Linguine
100 g prosciutto cotto
2 uova
1 bicchiere panna
1 cucchiaio Curry
sale

Mettere in una casseruola il prosciutto tritato e la panna, unire il Curry diluito con poca acqua, mescolare bene, far bollire, levare dal fuoco e incorporare i tuorli sbattuti.

Cuocere le Linguine al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirle con la salsa preparata e servire.
