MACCHERONI ALLE OLIVE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g maccheroni
400 g pomodori da sugo
2 cucchiai pasta di olive verdi
olio
aglio
prezzemolo
Basilico
grana
sale
Pepe

Lavare i pomodori, spellarli e frullarli con olio, aglio, prezzemolo e Basilico. Salare, pepare, far cuocere per circa 20 minuti e unire la pasta di olive. Cuocere i maccheroni al dente in abbondante acqua salata, padellarli con il sugo preparato, cospargere di grana grattugiato e servire.
