MACCHERONI ALLA RICOTTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g maccheroni
150 g ricotta
parmigiano grattugiato
Noce moscata
sale
Pepe

In una Terrina mettere la ricotta, il sale, un pizzico di Noce moscata e stemperare tutto con qualche cucchiaiata di acqua calda.

Cuocere i maccheroni in abbondante acqua salata, scolarli al dente e condirli con il composto preparato.

Cospargere con abbondante parmigiano e servire ben caldi.
