MACCHERONI IN SALSA ROSA

maccheroni_salsa_rosa Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g maccheroni o penne
500 g pomodori pelati
1 cipolla
50 g burro
1 busta panna da cucina
Basilico
olio
sale
1 Peperoncino forte
parmigiano

Preparare un sugo con la cipolla, l'olio, il Peperoncino ed i pomodori e cuocere per 15'. Far insaporire i maccheroni scolati al dente con il burro fuso ed il Basilico tritato. Unire il sugo di pomodoro e il parmigiano grattugiato Servire subito.
