MALTAGLIATI ALLA CREMA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


400 g Maltagliati
50 g burro
200 g mascarpone
120 g tonno sott'olio
3 filetti Acciuga
origano
1 cucchiaio vino bianco
sale

Lessare al dente i Maltagliati. Lavorare il burro con una frusta, tritare il tonno e i filetti, amalgamarli al burro e unirvi il mascarpone, il vino e un pizzico di origano e salare. Condite i Maltagliati con la crema e unire, se necessario, 2 cucchiai dell'acqua di cottura della pasta. Mescolare bene e servire.
