PASTA AI GAMBERETTI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


400 g. pasta corta
300 g gamberetti sgusciati surgelati
3 cucchiai passato di pomodoro
1 bicchiere panna
2 cucchiaini salsa Tabasco
30 g. burro
sale

Sciogliere il burro in una casseruola, unire il passato di pomodoro, la salsa Tabasco, i gamberetti scongelati e cuocere per 5 minuti a fuoco vivo.

Versare la panna e far addensare, mescolando per 2 minuti.

Cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata, scolarla al dente, condirla con la salsa di gamberetti e servire.
