PASTA AL PREZZEMOLO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g pasta corta
2 uova
80 g grana grattugiato
60 g burro
prezzemolo
sale
Pepe

Mondate, lavate e tritate una bella manciata di prezzemolo. In una ciotola sbattete le uova con il sale, il grana, Pepe appena macinato e il prezzemolo.

Scolate la pasta al dente e versatela in una padella, conditela con il burro e la salsina di uova e prezzemolo e fatela saltare a fuoco vivace alcuni minuti rigirandola con un cucchiaio di legno.
