PASTA ALLA RUCOLA E GAMBERETTI

Ingredienti:

hg pasta corta
1 mazzetto rucola
2 hg taleggio
3 hg gamberetti surgelati

Mentre la pasta cuoce, fate appassire la rucola con un po' di olio, in una padella.

Scongelate i gamberetti in acqua bollente.

A questo punto saltare la pasta nella padella con la rucola, i gamberetti e il Taleggio tagliato a dadini.
