PASTA ALLA SORRENTINA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Spaghetti
2 pomodori maturi
300 g Mozzarella
8 foglie Basilico
olio
sale
Pepe

Spezzettare i pomodori e la Mozzarella, sminuzzare il Basilico e mettere tutto in una scodella. Salare, pepare e condire con olio di oliva, quindi lasciare riposare per un'oretta. Nel frattempo lessare la pasta. Quando sarà cotta versarci sopra questo veloce sughetto. Si puo' aggiungere, volendo, dell'aglio tritato o dell'origano.
