PASTA AL SOTTOBOSCO

500 g pennette meglio se rigate
200 g funghi porcini
100 g olive verdi ottime le piccanti
50 g burro
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
1 spicchio aglio
sale
Pepe
1/4 panna o latte e pomodoro (a scelta)
1 punta di coltello Curry

Frullate tutto il condimento sensa cuocerlo e buttatelo sulla pasta bollente appena scolata (velocissimo)

Ottimo con parmigiano.

Esiste anche la variante (mia preferita!) con cubetti di melanzane in padella ...
