PASTA ALLO YOGURT

pasta_yogurt Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g fusilli
400 g passato di pomodoro
4 cucchiai panna
3 cucchiai yogurt
1 spicchio aglio
3 foglie Menta
1 cucchiaio origano secco
6 cucchiai olio
30 gr parmigiano

Soffriggere l'aglio nell'olio, unire il pomodoro, la panna, lo yogurt, il dado e la Menta. Cuocere a fuoco dolce per 5', quindi unire l'origano e continuare la cottura semicoperto per 10'. Lessare la pasta, condirla con la salsa e il formaggio grattugiato e servire.
