PENNE ALLA CREMA DI OLIVE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g penne
180 g ricotta fresca
120 g olive nere snocciolate
1/2 cipolla tritata
olio
sale
Pepe

Mentre bolle l'acqua per cuocere la pasta, preparate questo sugo tanto veloce quanto saporito. Tritate finemente le olive e unitele alla ricotta e alla cipolla tritata, quindi amalgamate con 6 cucchiai di buon olio d'oliva e aggiungete Pepe macinato al momento. Condite la pasta con questa crema e servite.
