PENNE ALLA VODKA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

250 g mascarpone
500 g penne
2 peperoni
1/2 bicchierino vodka
parmigiano grattugiato
sale
Pepe
burro

Tagliate i peperoni a striscioline, fateli appassire nel burro, salate e pepate.

In una Terrina lavorate il mascarpone con la forchetta, salate e pepate, aggiungete il sugo di peperoni e la vodka.

Condite le penne che nel frattempo si saranno lessate.

Servitele ben calde, spolverizzate con formaggio grana grattugiato.
