PIPETTE RIGATE CON LATTUGA E BACON

pipette_rigate_lattuga_bacon Ingredienti:

Per 4:

20 g burro
120 g bacon
150 g piselli
1 lattuga piccola
1/2 scalogno tritato sale
Pepe 300 g pipette rigate

Mondate ed affettate finemente lo scalogno, quindi fatelo appassire in un tegame con il burro.

Unite i piselli e la lattuga mondata, lavata e tagliata a listarelle. Salate, pepate e portate a cottura unendo un po' d'acqua calda all'occorrenza.

In una padella antiaderente fate abbrustolire le fettine di bacon, tagliatele a listarelle ed aggiungetele ai piselli.

Cuocete la pasta in abbondante acqua salata; una volta cotte al dente, scolatele e conditele con il sugo.
