RAVIOLI AI PISELLI

ravioli_piselli Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g ravioli alla ricotta
100 g misto per soffritto
200 g pisellini
1 peperone rosso
400 g polpa di pomodoro
1 cucchiaino prezzemolo tritato
2 cucchiai olio
30 g burro
sale
Pepe

Rosolare il soffritto nell'olio e burro Unire il peperone tritato e farlo insaporire qualche minuto, quindi unire il pomodoro. Cuocere 5', unire i piselli, salare, pepare e cuocere per altri 15' circa. Togliere dal fuoco e unire il prezzemolo. Lessare i ravioli, scolarli e condirli con la salsa.
