REGINETTE ALLE OLIVE

reginette_olive Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g pomodori pelati
3 filetti ^ Acciuga
olio
100 g olive verdi e nere snocciolate
2 spicchi aglio
400 g reginette
sale

Scaldare 4 cucchiai di olio con l'aglio schiacciato. Unire le Acciughe, stemperarle, poi unire i pomodori, poco sale e cuocere a fuoco vivo per 5'. Incorporare le olive e continuare la cottura per 5' Cuocere le reginette, scolarle e condirle con la salsa.
