RIGATONI AL BASILICO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

300 g rigatoni
1 kg pomodori
1 mazzetto Basilico
pane grattugiato
olio
sale

Cuocere i rigatoni in acqua salata in ebollizione e condirli con abbondante olio, metà del Basilico tritato ed un cucchiaio di pane grattugiato. In una pirofila mettere un po' di olio, uno strato di pomodori tagliati a fette, il Basilico tritato, olio, sale e uno strato di pasta, continuare fino ad esaurimento degli ingredienti. Infornare per circa 45 minuti e servire caldo.
